Commercial Jobs

Sunset did it's first large commercial job in 1990 and is still proud of that job. Sunset has completed numerous large commercial jobs in the past few years alone. Sunset has the management staff, crews and experience to run very large commercial remodeling projects.

While most of our work to date has been in the Chicagoland area, Sunset has done projects as far away as Orlando, Florida, and closer to home in Detroit, Albion, and Muskeegan MI. as well as Dyersburg TN. and Indianapolis IN.  All of which were completed on time and right on budget.

These apartments in Bolingbrook, Illinois, were resided using Alside's Premium vinyl siding in the Dutch Lap style.

These condominiums in Downers Grove, Illinois, were completed using Alside's "Charter Oak" double 4 1/2" vinyl siding. All the soffits, fascia, and frames were covered as well as new gutters and downspouts installed.
